All prices on this site are updated every morning from the current market and are valid for that same day only. The final price is the price confirmed at our counter at the time of the transaction.
The +RM1 per gram guarantee applies when a customer shows a same-day current buyback price from the official website of a licensed gold dealer in Malaysia, for the same purity and category, verified by our staff at the counter before weighing.
All gold purchases require an identity document (MyKad or passport). As a dealer in precious metals, we comply with the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA): customer and transaction details are recorded, and large cash transactions may be subject to reporting requirements under the law.
Weighing and purity testing are performed openly in front of the customer. The payout is calculated as weight x the published per-gram rate.
For the pledged gold redemption service, redemption takes place at the licensed pawn counter in the customer's presence. The remaining balance after redemption is paid to the customer immediately at the same location.
