Exchange of New Jewellery

Jewellery bought from our shop may be exchanged within 7 days, with the original receipt, in original unworn condition. Exchange value follows the prevailing gold rate on the day of exchange and is subject to a quality check at the counter.

Partial exchange is not allowed; items must be exchanged in full.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

Manufacturing defects on new jewellery will be repaired or replaced with the same product or one of equal value, free of charge, with the original receipt.

This warranty does NOT cover: damage from normal wear (scratches, thinning), misuse or accidents, or items altered by another jeweller. Any fallen stone must be returned together with the piece for resetting.

Gold Selling (Buyback) Transactions

Sales of old gold by customers to us are final once payment is received, as the gold is sent for reprocessing. Weighing and calculation are performed openly in front of you; please make sure you are satisfied before confirming.

Pricing Errors

If a system or typographical error occurs in website pricing, we reserve the right to correct it; the price confirmed at the counter is final.
